The term "The Touched" is an umbrella term that encompasses all species and individuals that trace their origins, and/or very nature back to a singular, deliberate act or action, often by an outside force or individual. This would include those "Touched by Blood" such as Halfbreeds; those "Touched by Death" such as Vampires and other breeds of Undead; and those "Touched by Power" such as the half-demon Cuari, the half-god L'yrah, and the cursed Lilithi.
